Out of Hours

We have a vet on call for emergencies out of hours.  To supplement this service, we also have free out of hours digital vet support from Vidivet for our clients.

If you need advice when we’re closed, or you’re unsure of what medical support your pet needs, you can send your query to an experienced vet on the Vidivet app and get a personalised video response direct to your phone.

For emergencies that need to be seen at the clinic, just ring our office number 01686 510015, and our answering service will get in touch with the on call vet.  We recommend that clients use Vidivet as their first port of call.
